3. The consumer is not required to provide their full name. The process can be carried out using a unique case number, which is linked to the sample and the results. This ensures anonymity and data minimization, as required by the GDPR.
4. The data resulting from the DNA analysis is securely stored on encrypted servers within the European Union and is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the service or for as long as the user has approved.
5. The user has the right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent at any time. If requested, all data (including the genetic profile) is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
6. The company implements technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of data.
7. DNA samples are destroyed according to the highest biosafety standards after the analysis is completed, unless the user has explicitly chosen their further retention for future services.
