2. Sale
Placing an order and receiving the confirmation email from us, does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
The sale is valid from the moment that we have accepted the order and issued the legitimate sale receipt.

3. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You are entitled to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, as defined by law, within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To do so, you must first inform us either by phone or through the "Contact" section.
In this case, the products must not have been used and must be intact in their original packaging.
Upon receiving the returned products, we will refund the amount you paid for their purchase, using the same payment method you used (with the exception of cash on delivery, in which case the refund will be made via bank transfer). The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. The refund may be delayed if we do not receive the products or proof of their return. The refund will not include any shipping costs you paid for the purchase. An exception applies to all items in the "DNA Test" category, where the right of withdrawal ceases to be valid once we receive your samples.
4. Order Cancellation
If you place an order and still wish to cancel it, you may do so at any time before it is shipped, which is when you receive the email with the subject "Shipped".
If your order has already been paid for, you will be refunded the entire cost of the order using the same method you used to pay.
To cancel an order before it is shipped, you can inform us either by phone, by email or through the "Contact" section.
5. Product availability
All items on our e-shop are available unless it is clearly stated otherwise.
6. Transparency
There are NO hidden charges in our e-shop.
All prices include all legitimate charges and taxes.
All our prices do NOT include transport cost. This cost is calculated and clearly shown at the end of the order process and before you pay.
Our company complies with the EU directive 2011/83/ΕΕ about consumer rights.
