1. Shipping
All orders are prepared on the day of shipment.
All shipments are made in DISCRETE PACKAGING (the content is not visible and the sender is not advertised).
Delivery time varies depending on the carrier and the place of delivery.

Orders are shipped every day except weekends and national holidays.
All orders placed by 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day. An exception is BOX NOW: to have your order shipped the same day with this service, you must place it by 11 a.m. Delivery time is usually 1–3 days for mainland Greece and 2–5 days for the islands. During checkout, at the step where you choose the carrier, you will see estimated delivery times based on the destination.

2. Deliveries in Greece
2.1. ACS
Delivery can be done in three ways:
a. Delivery at home:
In this case the courier will come to your address and deliver the package. If you are not present, you will be notified with a note by your door bell and with an SMS. Delivery time is Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
Important: The recipient's name must be on the door bell, otherwise the delivery will fail. If the recipients name is different than the one on the dor bell or if the door bell is blank or not working, please let us know in the order's comments.
b. Delivery at work:
If you will be at your work place during the delivery timeframe, then you can chose to send the package at your workplace. In this case, the courier will come and deliver your order like above. If you are not present, you will be notified with an SMS. Delivery time is Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
Important: If you want your order to be delivered at you workplace, you must let us know in the address form, in the Company field, otherwise the courier will try to find a door bell with your name and the delivery will fail.
c. Pick-up from the courier's office:
In case you don't want to be visitited by the courier or you will not be at an address during delivery times, then you can request a pick-up from any courier store. In this case we will send you an SMS with thetracking number, so you can locate your package when you visit the store. Stores are usually open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm.
Note: ACS will try to deliver your package for two consequtive working days. If they are unable to deliver your package, then your order will be only available for you to pick it up from the courier store. If you don't pick it up from the store after 5 days, your order will return back to us.
If there is a problem with the delivery (e.g. due to a mistake on the delivery address), we or the courier will try to contact you and fix the error.
Geographical coverage
ACS covers all areas in Greece.
Charges
Charges are 3,41 euros for all destinations in Greece . For orders over 50 €, transport is FREE.
2.2. ELTA Courier
Delivery can be done in three ways:

Note: By choosing BOX NOW, you can complete your order by paying by card, PayPal or bank deposit. Cash on delivery is not supported.

Pickup from Skroutz Last Mile Lockers throughout Greece 24 hours a day.
Hundreds of lockers in the most convenient locations in selected cities, with their number constantly increasing.
On the check out page you will find the Skroutz LM option. By clicking on the orange button you can select one of the available Lockers that suits you.

3. Deliveries outside Greece
3.1. Postal Service
We send worldwide with Registered A' Class Post, except Cyprus. Delivery time is about 7-10 business days and the cost is calculated by the weight of the package (starting at 7,50 euros). Shipments are made every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
